Roles and Responsibilities
- Overall Sales and Marketing Department Management-Organising, Planning and Implementing Strategy.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and meet appropriate targets set out by Management.
- Handling Sales and Marketing team and taking their reporting & Coordinating Activities with them.
- Strong Negotiating and Convincing skills to Covert Prospects into a customer.
- Evaluate Customer needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
- Strong client focus including Pre and Post sales services for long term wealth retention.
- Organise sales events for Promoting the brand.
- Manage the customer support team and sales team and help them to close the deals.
- Responsible for Sales product training content and delivering product sales training.
- Responsible for development of channel sales in field.
Desired Candidate Profile
QUALIFICATION: Graduate/MBA/Doctoral
EXPERIENCE: More than 10 years of Sales experience (Must have experience in Real Estate)
SKILLS REQUIRED: Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Real Estate, Property, Events Management.
