Functional Responsibilities
•Lead operational set-up and implementation of the Digital Asset Management system within PepsiCo PBNA, partnering with and delivering this service to Sector and Division Teams,
•Define taxonomy hierarchies, naming conventions and cataloging, tagging and archiving of digital assets
•Partner with IT and Marketing to ensure full system integration and workability, ready for go-live
•Lead the culture change to embed Asset Management within PepsiCo PBNA, developing user manuals and training programs to build knowledge, educate and drive adoption, whilst advocating across marketing teams and external partners/agencies, to streamline and govern the management and optimization of digital assets
•Partner with PepsiCo marketing teams, agencies and third parties to build seamless process for acquiring, tagging, cataloging and managing all digital content
•Develop reports to monitor and track number of requests, usage stats etc. and build robust assessments on productivity gains, business benefits and success metrics delivered as a result of Digital Asset Management solution
•Lead quarterly digital reviews with Sector teams across key success metrics
•Continually identify opportunities to optimize process, implementation, delivery and system functionality, to future-proof and maintain a leading-edge capability
People Responsibilities
•Leading a team of two, with a focus on clarity of vision and direction, well defined roles and responsibilities and project management skills to adhere to project plans.
Qualifications/Requirements
Key Skills/Experience Required
Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing technology, ideally with experience in Digital Asset Management systems or in a cybrarian capacity
Experience working within a brand environment, with collaboration with agencies and marketers
Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s Preferred

Passion for and rich understanding of marketing technology, and it’s application within an enterprise environment
Highly collaborative with the ability to partner with both internal and external stakeholders, agencies, etc.
Ability to stay focused and deliver the agenda while juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Highly organized and responsive, with the ability to deliver tight SLA deadlines
Extreme attention to detail, process oriented and meticulous data-driven nature
Experience in digitally-led consumer marketing activations, within a brand environment
