Role & responsibilities and Deliverable:

To Monitor sales team.

To get the expected sales from the market.

Responsible for sales, collection, expiry of all the parties that fall under the

sales team to be monitored by him.

Customer feedback and Customer queries resolution.

Customer Relationship Manager for the sales team.

People Development & Team Building

Achievement of Sales & profitability targets of the division.

Provide hands on support through field work with the sales and marketing team.

To be focused on KRA and KPI.

To be focused on target and achieving 100% target.

Criteria for the Marketing Head position:

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent work experience

• 3-8 years marketing experience, product management team.

• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude

required to learn and able to convince the team.

• Good knowledge, a sense of drugs and effects, market trend and good

communication skills.

Preferred candidate profile
