Area Sales Manager Bitumen BULK

We are a trading company which imports bitumen and other petrochemical commodities to India.

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager Bitumen, who can boost sales and provide guidance, training, and mentorship to his/her team, contribute in sales plans, and analyze data. The Area Sales managers will work and report to the Head of the Trade.

Job description

• Excellent knowledge of bitumen business (bulk and drum).
• Excellent knowledge of import, local sale, and retail of bitumen.
• Strong network in the bitumen business who can start the business immediately after joining.
• Familiar with petrochemical products mainly base oil, waxes, etc.
• Develop new Markets and find new customers and opportunities for boosting sales.
• Tracking sales goals in his/her area and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of his/her sales team.
• Promoting the company and products.
• Fully understand ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Implement and update sales policy and related SOPs in the sales.
• Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
• Generate leads and grow existing relationships, maintain an accurate, detailed client book, and develop an active, repeat customer base.
• Manage documentation and do all necessary follow-ups for all sales happening under him/her.
• In coordination with Finance get the P and L for each cargo and find the gaps to constantly improve the sales process.
• Expand the current market and introduce strategies for market development.
• Be ready to travel to other states and countries, present the company in the exhibition and meet the potential and actual customers.
• Strong teamwork skills with high integrity.
