- Join work with MRs to train & guide them on doctor conversion, communication with customers, strategy execution, chemist survey, stockiest handle, objection handle, brands promotion etc.
- Selection of good candidate (Interview of MR).
- Handling of KOL, KBL doctors & high value gift inputs.
