Roles and Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for achieving target sales volume and growth in the area by retaining existing customers and acquisition of new customers .
- Conduct Market research to identify potential customers / selling opportunities and actively pursue to convert the leads to sales for achieving sales volumes and growth.
- Set up meetings with potential customers and identify their concerns and address the issues.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations to customers on product and services.
- Collect and realize payments for products sold
- Negotiate /close deals and handle complaints or objections effectively
- Create systems for frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Collaborate with other members to deliver product and services to the customers in timely and efficient manner
- Gather feedback from customers and prospects and share with internal teams for improvement
- Monitor competitors activities and offers and provide feedback to Team members
- Participate on behalf of the company in conference and exhibitions to promote company business and services
- Create Value for Company products and brand
Desired Candidate Profile
- good degree in engineering or MBA
- Proven experience as Sales Executive in relevant Fields
- Proficiency in English language
- Good knowledge in MS office
- Good aptitude for customer service
- Through understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Passion for sales
