JOB ROLE:

Area Manager (Field Role)

- Business Acquisition - Residential Properties

- Acquiring Tenants For The Properties

- Ensuring Smooth Move-In & Move-Out Of The Tenants

- Generating Off Line Leads Through Market Sources

- Resolving Tenant Queries

- Property Inspections
