* Duties and Responsibilities - Х Managing and supporting the effective deployment of team of sales professionals with respect to that geographical area<xqyqz> exploring new markets and in allocating resources to most profitable opportunities. Х Achieving & exceeding Business goals. Х Creating a strong & compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions<xqyqz> profitability and employee development. Х Meeting up with CAT A builders and getting their projects approved with BAFL Х Negotiation with the builders for getting business in a cost effective manner Х Identifying the need of sales training<xqyqz> analyzing changing market trends<xqyqz> channel deployment etc. Also giving feedback & suggestions to the RSM. Х Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work. Х Recruiting and Retaining high performers. Х Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship<xqyqz> motivation & engagement to drive results & high levels of employee satisfaction. Х Ensuring that Goals<xqyqz> PMP discussions<xqyqz> Development Plan discussions<xqyqz> ongoing coaching and feedback<xqyqz> skip level meetings is done on time and in an effective manner. Х Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations. Х Sales & Collect Model - Managing Collections of the acquired portfolio

Required Qualifications and Experience

* Х Post Graduates with relevant sales experience of 3-4 years (also graduates with experience of 5-6 years may apply) in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments / corporate sales experience
