Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

* Duties and Responsibilities - • Delivering Sales numbers - Business planning with partners. - Sales promotion planning with partners. - Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests<xqyqz> and suggest new and innovative ideas to promote and grow business. - Achieving & exceeding monthly business targets. • Relationship management - Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers for each account. - Strategic planning with partners. - Providing operational support to partners. - Working with partners and the team to add value to partners in terms of Sales<xqyqz> analytics insights & business growth strategy. • Team Management - Effectively manage a team of SMs and FOS to achieve assigned business targets - Ensure that the team is motivated to fulfill desired tasks - Look after training and development requirements of the team

Required Qualifications and Experience

* • MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 3-4 years of experience. • Relevant sales experience in managing large sales channels & teams in multiple market environments. • Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage. • Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. • Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. • Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. • Excellent Interpersonal Skills. • High level of proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
