The gTech Customer Experience team works with Sales teams located in-market and provides Apps Marketing solutions to meet the Customer and Marketing Objectives of clients. The team scope spans opportunity identification, product adoption, and performance optimization and measurement for complex app-led, and often converging app/web, journeys.
As an Apps Specialist, you will own the Apps strategy for key clients across the entire sales cycle. You will drive in-depth solutions to help our Apps advertisers achieve their customer business goals through pitching and activating new products in partnership with the Sales teams, and by leveraging the interplay of different optimization levers. You will advise clients on growing their business and maximizing return on their marketing investment, unlock new business opportunities, and solve complex Apps product problems. You will also act as an advisor and consultant that works across functions and alongside global teams, as well as a client advocate within Google.

Responsibilities
- Manage a set of clients and work across the entire sales cycle to plan, pitch (together with in-country teams), implement, and optimize.
- Understand the client’s business goals and guide a holistic media spend strategy. Be the Apps representative to drive performance for the clients and investment in Google.
- Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short- and long-term client growth and account business growth. Direct, promote, and scale product adoption across a full suite of Apps products.
- Facilitate conversations on measurement and attribution. Collaborate in building product and solution expertise through product training/workshops for internal and/or external practitioners.
- Partner on designing and publishing play-books/guides on product solutions and industry best practices. Contribute to product development through feature requests and feedback to the Google Ads Product team.
