Application Owner

Functional/Process

· Participate in functional analysis of upcoming changes with the business and CIB platform teams with experience in Banking domain

· Ensure completeness of BRS document in terms of coverage – positive and negative scenarios

· Act as a subject matter expert of the changes and module within your portfolio and give advice to your IT colleagues and Business stakeholders

· Own end-to-end responsibility for managing and monitoring changes delivered by you, continuously striving for optimal functioning, continuity, life cycle, availability of the applications and integration with other applications;

· Coordinate the implementation of changes through releases and ensure commitment of all own/vendor resources needed to complete this realization on time with the agreed quality

· Track progress of work by vendor/all teams on Changes in your portfolio and keep relevant stakeholders informed. Help in removing roadblocks if any

· Act as a point of contact for platform and Tech team for the assigned changes

· Knowledge and experience in executing changes/fixes using SDLC processes (Software Dev. Lifecycle) and awareness about Agile, JIRA

Technical

· Experience with coding and deploying Java applications/sites (on IBM Websphere server preferably) in an integrated env. including Middleware (Oracle Service Bus preferably) and third party apps

· Having experience with databases (Oracle/MS SQL) is an advantage

· Good knowledge as a user of IT packages such as MS Office – Excel and Word
