API- Projects Civil Engineer

• Undertake technical Studies of the projects and come up with necessary recommendations for changes if any required.
• Support in developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals / cost estimates / BoQs and plans in consultation with the management.
• Support in determining the project schedules by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• Support in determining the project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractors.
• Execute on-site works with physical supervision and guidance to the executing agencies.
• Ensure that the civil works are completed as per the schedules with close coordination with all other project disciplines (Electrical/Instrumentation/Contractors etc).
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems at all stages until commissioning of the project.
• Ensure safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Ensure project data base with back up data.
