Job description
Lead a team of 15-20 data Analysts / Engineers within Banking / Insurance / Healthcare / Automotive Domain.
Understand the business requirement and ensure delivery as per expected standards.
Key responsibilities include: -
- Develop a strong rapport with the client, understand their needs and create solutions that meets their requirement
- Manage operational workflow and ensure seamless delivery for both quick turnaround analysis and long-term projects
- Mentor the team and guide them on difficult situations
- Hold regular meetings with the client at agreed-upon intervals and ensure that the team is aligned with the client needs at all time
- To build a team of capable analysts who have prior experience in SQL / SAS & BI
- Take a consultative approach with the clients and support the solutioning team when needed
- Up-skill self with the latest advances in the BI domain
Skills required:
- More than 10+ years of overall Business experience and 7+ years in SQL / SAS & Visualization tools
- Understanding of Contact Center operations is good to have
- Hands-on experience in SQL, SAS, Reporting, Tableau & Power BI
- Experience in Text, Speech & IVR analytics would be added advantage
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Essential skills
- Hands-on experience in data handling tools like SQL, SAS, Power BI & Tableau
- Banking, Insurance, Project Management, Client Interactions
- Must have handled teams and been in a Managerial role for at least 3 years
- Contact Center operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Adherence to timeliness
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Detail oriented
Experience: 10 to 12 years of Overall Experience. Modelling experience Preferred

Any Graduate/Post-Graduate
