Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead efforts to work with the leaders in a function/ business unit across Emerging Markets to help draw out opportunities for Analytics-led transformation. Work closely with the business teams to improve decision support in critical organizational/cross-functional processes and execution of business strategy. Working closely with the functional leaders and technology teams in Data Engineering and the Data Science to design & deploy data-driven management review systems and decision support solutions. Be the engagement partner with business teams to identify potential opportunities to bring in the best in class AI/ML capabilities to bear and drive forward the business units’ strategic priorities of Growth, Efficiency with continuous improvement and patient centric innovation.
Emerging Markets operate in a mix of Go-To-Market models: Field-Force led Branded Products and Institution-Led Specialty products businesses. The mandate is to identify opportunities to drive growth in Brand’s Market Share and Customer Recall, Improving Omni-Channel Customer Experience, Channel/Key Accounts’ contracting choices and the right marketing mix of In-Clinic customer detailing and the digital/remote channels to enable growth and productivity.
Analytics Roadmap
- Understand the organization and Business Units’ strategic and annual operating priorities to define a clear roadmap of analytics initiatives
- Assess potential analytics-led business growth/productivity opportunities
- Work with the business team to jointly define and agree on analytics-led initiatives to drive business impact and RoI on analytics initiatives
Leading the Initiatives
- Business Analytics Solutions: Conceptualize and build business analytics solutions that enable business insights improve the efficiency and effectiveness of critical business processes. Diagnostic and root-cause analytics solutions that are built in alignment with the management review systems at three levels (MC/CxO, Business Unit Level and Operating Levels) to constantly predict and improve the business performance
