MIS team is responsible for managing the entire PS reporting work end to end employee life cycle for India and business and work force management teams are highly dependent on this team for their day to day reporting around workforce planning, scheduling & management. The MIS reports are very critical for preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual client reports as well. In addition, team is expected to work on multiple adhoc requests from different functions and senior leadership team in the Country. The headcount in India has grown from 56K to current 70K over the last 2 years but the team size has remained constant at 8. Currently we are running with 7 resources only and work deliverable are getting compromised and also resulting in stretch for the team.
