Job Description

  • Good Knowledge in PBCS/ePBCS/FCCS/ARCS and older version of Hyperion (11.x) suite.
  • Good Knowledge of Financial system, business processes, especially on Actual, Budgeting and Forecasting processes.
  • Expert in Writing Business Rules, Developing Web forms and should lead enhancements activities.
  • Well-versed in FDMEE/DATA MANAGEMENT processes
  • Should have good understanding of Product support processes.
  • Support further implementation of ePBCS (Workforce, Capex, Projects, Financials) enhancements as identified by key system stakeholders.
  • Gain an understanding of the business to identify opportunities for improvement within the ePBCS suite in alignment with the needs of the business and proactively take the steps necessary to setup, test and deploy systemic improvements.
  • Initiate and manage requests for enhancements to meet the changing needs of the business.
  • Report and maintain system issues encountered by the business. Follow up proactively with appropriate parties such as Oracle, opening an SR’s when needed.
  • Work closely with IT ERP & Business Intelligence teams.
  • Support the Corporate FP&A team in running the annual Budget, quarterly forecasts, and Long-Range Forecast processes in ePBCS modules and run interfaces using Data Management to load data to Target systems like FCCS.
  • Ensure business-as-usual operation of the Production environment on a daily basis, escalating issues to Oracle Managed Cloud Services & Oracle Cloud Support when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot system business rules and data load procedures
  • Maintain/create EPM automation scripts in Windows/Unix
  • Create/modify, test and promote business rules/ reports/data in ePBCS to meet the needs of the business.
  • Knowledge of Migration between the environments.
  • Good understanding on Multi GAAP and Multi currency applications
  • Good understanding of intercompany elimination, consolidation adjustments, ownership accounting.
  • Responsible for building best practices within financial close and consolidation processes and reporting.
