Description

Purpose of Role:

This department / team is providing support to overseas projects w.r.t. Contract Administration and Invoice processing (Accounts Payable).

Currently, Australia Projects (Mine & Rail) is under execution at their fastest speed & to cope-up with project requirement to support review of major value contracts / claim within agreed timeline (SOPA) as Contract Administrator-cum-Invoice Processor (Technical – BE Civil / Mech)

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  1. Contracts Tracking & Monitoring (including compliance)
  2. Accurate Claim / Invoice processing with internal / Pre-Audit compliant
  3. Coordination with Australia Team for speedy resolution & achieving timely invoices payment as per SOPA
  4. Vendor Account reconciliation at regular intervals
  5. Purchase Requisition to create / manage under SAP

Contract Administrator-cum-Invoice Processor (Technical)

Experience : Years of experience in Project based organization

Seniority level : O2 / O3
