1 – Attends phone calls, queries of patients / visitors and doctors.
2- Does registrations of clients coming in for health checks.
3- Complies reports collected at the end of the day.
4- Handles clients coming in for the review of reports.
5- Maintains Master Health Check records for all clients.
6- Guides the patients through various investigations included in the health check package he going for.
7- Handles dispatch of reports.
8- Ensures that all reports to be attached in the clients file, a day before the review.
9- Takes appointment for the OPD patients coming in for MHC consultant.
10- Maintains OPD records exclusives for OPD clients.
11- Coordinates retrieval of the medical records from Medical Records Department for repeat clients.
12- Prepares MIS of MHC and OPD.
13- Complete the logbook.
14- Deposits cash to the Chief Cashier everyday.
15- Coordinates with Supervisor / Consultants or other concerned in case of any complaint of the patient.
16- Is aware of the entire patient rights as well as responsibilities.
17- Gets consultants Room cleaned regularly and check the functioning of all the electrical and other gadgets in the OPD. In case of any fault gets them repaired through Engineering / Biomedical Engineering Department.
18- Is responsible for the following:
- Maintains the patients register on a day-to-day basis.
- Distributes accurate number of walk in patients to various consultants present in the OPD.
- Ensures Feedbacks from at least 30%-40% of the patients from total patient load in all the wings of the OPD/MHC.
- Maintains day-to-day data required for QIPS.
- Maintains day-to-day records on pending files.
- Maintains day-to-day records on number of duplicate files being created.
