Office Administration, Housekeeping Management, Vendor Management, Travel Bookings, Stationery Management, Cafeteria Arrangement, Security Management, Cab Facility, Fire safety equipment maintenance and emergency exit, Event management, Facility Management, International visitor management.

Handling all the activities of housekeeping, security and other office maintenance etc.
Guide control all the outsourced staff and review the current workflow and amp; processes and recommended solutions to ensure optimum utilization of existing resources.
To coordinate and to do arrangement for annual employee meet, sports events, tour and travelling plans and other events in the factory.
Desired Candidate Profile
Male/Female candidate must have good communication skills, honest, hardworking, good knowledge of computer & internet, administration & negotiation skills, able to manage work with team, Effective time-management skills & multitasking work.
should possess an interest and passion to participate with dignity in all administration and office functions and activities and capable to put in action the requirements to achieve efficient, effective and timely contribution.
Graduate with 5-6 years experience in handling all admin related duties such as managing vendors,stationery, and other office related admin activites.
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN MS OFFICE.
Also, she should have good communication and written skills in English.
Ability to maintain a good working relationship with staff both inside and outside the company.
