Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
The primary role & responsibilities of the Admin cum Sales executive.
Process, monitor and follow up on Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
Liaise with Customers and Principals on order status
Collaborate and Co-ordinate with relevant parties and team members to ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner.
Prepare Delivery Orders, Tax Invoices and relevant Shipping Documents.
Any other Administration duties
Experience in SAP is an advantage
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideally holding Degree with aggregate of 60% and above in commerce/ Engineering.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year working experience.
Entry Level candidates will be considered.
Fluent in English, both oral and written for business communication
Proficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Customer-driven and service-oriented.
Pro-active, highly organized, meticulous and must be a good team player.
Disciplined, hardworking and able to multi-task and perform under pressure.
