Responsibilities : -
· Monitor COD deposits and report.
· PO's Creations
· Billing (Transport billing, Purchase billing, Rental payouts
· Vendor Management-Housekeeping, Delivery agencies, 2nd Mile Transporters
· Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems.
· Filing and Paperwork.
· Purchase new material as needed
· Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
· Oversee facilities services and maintenance
· Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
· Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
· Maintain polite and professional communication by phone, email.
