Roles and Responsibilities

Follow up & Coordination with all branches and Principal company
Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS Reports and Analysis data
Location wise schedule the physical verification audit of dealers, suppliers and hospitals
Location wise Impart training to auditors and respective operations heads
Every month taking charge of internal stock audit for all locations
Weekly or Monthly coordinate with Accounts team regarding timely payment received /not
Raising the debit note for the physicals audit verification data- (Monthly , Weekly Monitor audit)
Coordinate with local IT team for system arrangement
Weekly, Monthly conducting the meetings with Internal team & PC Stakeholders
Obtaining, analyzing and evaluating accounting documentation, reports, data, flowcharts etc
Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
Monitor proper record of Stock Record Adjustment documents and registers
Any other tasks as and when assigned by PC Stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile :

Experience in Data Management , Advance Excel, MIS Report, 3 PL Experience ,Warehouse Operations, Logistics Operations
