Job Details

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly Trial Balance.
  • Maintain all books of accounts including making proper entries in ledgers and all ledgers reconciliation etc.
  • To do writing, filing, copying, maintaining of records, preparing vouchers.
  • Collection monitoring & coordinate with Vendors,bill forwarding records keeping etc.
  • Statutory compliances like collection and payment of taxes, TDS, etc., and filing of monthly/quarterly/annual returns.
  • Banking, Bank Reconciliation and co-ordination with bank authorities.
  • Taking inventory & prepare costing of goods.
  • GST working, payable & Return will be done properly.
  • Prepare Daily Sales Report and MIS Report.
  • Control over purchase, receipt, stock and issue of inventory and monitoring Payments to suppliers.
  • Prepare Daily Revenue Budget Variance.
  • Preparing Ledger Ageing Report.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.Com
  • Microsoft Office [XLS, WORD, POWERPOINT
  • PMS IDS -Financial Management
  • TALLY 7.2, 9.2, ERP 9
  • ERP Software Work in Finance Module
  • Preferably from Hotel Background
