Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly Trial Balance.
- Maintain all books of accounts including making proper entries in ledgers and all ledgers reconciliation etc.
- To do writing, filing, copying, maintaining of records, preparing vouchers.
- Collection monitoring & coordinate with Vendors,bill forwarding records keeping etc.
- Statutory compliances like collection and payment of taxes, TDS, etc., and filing of monthly/quarterly/annual returns.
- Banking, Bank Reconciliation and co-ordination with bank authorities.
- Taking inventory & prepare costing of goods.
- GST working, payable & Return will be done properly.
- Prepare Daily Sales Report and MIS Report.
- Control over purchase, receipt, stock and issue of inventory and monitoring Payments to suppliers.
- Prepare Daily Revenue Budget Variance.
- Preparing Ledger Ageing Report.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Com
- Microsoft Office [XLS, WORD, POWERPOINT
- PMS IDS -Financial Management
- TALLY 7.2, 9.2, ERP 9
- ERP Software Work in Finance Module
- Preferably from Hotel Background
