A brief understanding of the entire Medical Billing Cycle.

Initiate contact with insurance companies requesting the status of claims for the outstanding balances on Providers' accounts and taking appropriate actions.

Manage Account Receivable accounts by ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.

Ensure that the deliverable to the client adheres to the quality standards.

Good communication skills with a neutral accent.

Flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 6 months work experience to 2 years of work experience

Proven working experience as an Accounts Specialist (US Healthcare RCM).
Establish a trusted partnership with our business counterparts and act as ONE TEAM from strategy to execution.
Provide business operational support for all billing, invoicing and receivables management system functionality; including investigation of user issues, problem analysis and resolution.
