Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Getting and providing knowledgeable answers to questions about payment of invoice.
• Work with internal departments to meet clients/customers needs.
• Data entry in various platforms.
• Updating notes based on the conversation with the customer and following up in a timely fashion in order to manage the aging.

Qualifications

• Candidates with experience in the BPO sector are preferred; however Freshers may also apply.
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
