Accounts Manager

Job description

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Managers role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintaining Ledger and Book Keeping.
• Real Estate accounting in Tally Erp 9.
• Accounting and Payment of Bills (Mobile bills, EB, Vendor Payments, Corporation Taxes & other standing operations)
• Petty Cash Handling.
• Coordinating with Bank Employees like preparing necessary letters and documents for Company related transfers.
• Salary File Preparation and Processing for all the employees.
• Preparing necessary documents and files for Company Secretary like Directors Report, Share.
• Holders Report, Notices, etc for filing annual returns with MCA.
• Preparing necessary documents and files for Auditors for Finalizing yearly accounts.

Statutory Functions:

• GST Registration.
• TDS deduction in time and remitting the same via bank or online.
• Preparing of FUV file quarterly and E-filling the same.
• GST 3B & 1 Filling Monthly and Quarterly Returns for Purchases.

Other Responsibilities: -

• New Account Creation (HUF account, Partnership Firm) from Preparing Agreements till obtaining PAN, notary, seal, and other correspondence.
• Handling of Income Tax letters and notices with auditors' guidance.
• Preparing HR Letters.
• Attendance Maintenance.
• Coordinating with Vendors and procuring materials for Office.
