Job Description:

ONLY MALE CANDIDATE REQUIRED

• Checking of suppliers bills with purchase order & store receipt (SRC)
• Generation of suppliers purchase voucher in ERP.
• Scanning of suppliers bills in system linked with ERP.
• Making of payment of suppliers against bills and printing of cheques.
• Preparation of rent, professional (relationship), statutory dues cheques on monthly basis and AMC on due basis.
• Checking and processing of salary provided by HR and preparation of cheques and bank transfer.
• Preparation of IOM for signature of cheques from signing authorities.
• Preparation of daily, weekly fortnightly and monthly fund report.
• Maintenance of cheque book records.
• Monthly bank re-conciliation.
• Good Communications Skill
