Accounting Analyst – Statutory Accountant

As an accounting analyst at IBM you’ll be a key player in all aspects of strategic payments planning. You will make significant contributions to high-profile operational initiatives as the business continues to grow globally.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• SUPPORTING THE STATUTORY ACCOUNTING & COMPLIANCES
• THE JOB INVOLVES SUPPORTING THE STATUTORY AUDIT FOR IBM INDIA IN SOME SPECIFIC AREAS, SUPPORTING DATA FOR TAX ASESSMENT SCHEDULES, SUPPORTING ON TDS / WHT etc.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• CA – Fresher or upto 1 year experience
• Good at MS-Excel
• Reasonable communication skills – written and spoken
• Good Accounting knowledge

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• FAMILIARITY WITH TAX RULES
• FAMILIARITY WITH ACCOUNTING STANDARDS
• TEAM PLAYER, ABILITY TO DEAL WITH EXTERNAL PEOPLE LIKE AUDITORS ETC
