Urgent requirement of Senior Accountant.

• Daily QuickBooks entry and monitoring
• Processing all receipts and bills and making entries in QuickBooks
• Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
• Processing and recording transactions
• Maintaining books in accordance with the regulations and company CA requirements
• Maintaining constant communication with various departments for an effective accounting
• Making GST entries and vendor payments every month
• Clerical activities that involves maintaining books, receipts, logs, invoices, audit reports, employee forms and tax reports, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day to day accounting including Bank, AP, AR and Journal Entries
• Maintain general ledger, post transactions in QuickBooks
• Update and maintain all books of accounts and run various reports in Quick books.
• Work constantly with Company Auditor and CA in order to keep accounts current.

Desired Candidate should have :

Should have basic understanding of QuickBooks payroll, accounting, and taxes.

• QuickBooks India and US knowledge is a must
• Must have work experience of working with a multinational company
• Must be proficient in English language
