Responsibilities and Duties

  • Work experience as an Accountant & Admin
  • Hands-on experience with accounting
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
  • Experience with general ledger functions
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
  • Should have accounting knowledge along with cash handling experience.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation
  • Collecting invoice and cash from Field Engineers everyday and update the same in excel.
  • In-charge of complete office accounts, Expenses, Income,etc.
  • Maintain and audit stocks and report everyday
