Job Responsibilities:

  • Concept and Product Selling
  • Prospecting, Generating Enquiry and Win new accounts
  • Site suitability checks and Fuel Plan Finalization
  • Handling expansion, new projects of existing customers
  • Coordination with technical team for execution of projects
  • Negotiate with Internal and External customers
  • Handling of Key Accounts
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
  • Develop and make presentation of company products and services to current and potential customers
  • Retention of existing industrial customers
  • Growth of business within existing industrial customers
  • Source and develop customer referrals
  • Credit policy & exposure control
  • Ensure Volume / Margin / Contract Targets through New Prospects
  • Prepare Sales action plan and schedule
  • Maintain sales activity records and reports
  • Develop relation, rapport with OEMs and Installers.

Preferred Industries : We can search from few companies like Lubricants, Paints, heavy machinery, chemical industries, other gases (Oxygen, CO2, BOC, Praxan) ELF Companies, Industrial Products, Industrial consumable goods(Coal, Welding rods, gaskets, etc.) etc.

KEY RESULT AREAS:

1. 33Kg contract of VOT & LOT

2. Revenue from Projects & Services

3. 33 Kg LOT & VOT Volumes

4. Presentation to Industrial associations/Vendors/ Customers

5. Gross Margins

6. Cylinder Contract Performance

In addition of this, person should physically fit and roam around at-least 50 to 60 km / day avg. Also able to ride Two-wheeler / drive car and having valid driving license.
