Preparing Invoices, Day to Day Accounting, Cash and Bank Book- Sound Knowledge of Tally and Advance Excel- Understanding of GST and TDS- Managing Reports, MIS, etc
PF & PT knowledge is required.
Manage, as applicable, processes related to A/P and A/R management, bookkeeping entries and closing the books on a monthly basis as well as prepare financial reporting and analysis.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and Person should be proficient with TDS and GST calculation and return filling, vendor clearance, GL Posting, should have the leadership quality and team management.
It is his duty to cross-check all the entries in the various accounting books and financial statements so as to identify any faults or error that might have occurred and also adopt immediate measures to solve the accounting problem.
Computer competent in document management, MS Office (EXCEL - commonly used functionalities include (VLOOKUP, Pivots, If, Subtotals etc. )
Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
Preparation & filling of TDS, GST Return #Candidates should have minimum 5 years of work experience in us/Domestic staffing #Handle day-to-day management activities of recruiting operations, including account Management, submissions, ensure delivery on requirements.
