Academic Coordinator

Responsibilities and Duties:

• To lead a team of educators, have the ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with her team.
• Recognizing and catering for a diversity of learning styles during the class observation.
• Identifying the levels of learners and tracking the individual child progress.
• Being proactive in conflict resolution.
• Conduct workshops for students based on the needs.
• Need to check the effective usage of resources available in the school.
• To act as a facilitator in school, able to translate the school’s vision for creative learning into practical implementation.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Minimum Qualification required: B.ED Specialization + Graduate
· Good content knowledge and communication skills
· Should have handle a team of 25+ teachers
· Fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years experience in a leadership role at a education sector
