Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description

- Perform integration testing of various modules of an e-commerce software application

- Perform System testing of the software application

- Perform automated testing using automation tools

- Perform performance and load testing using load testing tools like JMeter.

Basic Skills:

- Testing methodologies

- Knowledge of payment gateways

- Knowledge of continuous deployment

- Knowledge of Agile methodology like Scrum

- Knowledge of tools like Jira

- Knowledge of tools like Junit, LoadRunner, JMeter

- Good understanding of web application development

- Unit Testing, Integration testing skills

- Knowledge of System Testing, Acceptance testing

- Knowledge of Load Testing and Performance testing

- Total experience of 1 to 10 years experience

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of tools like Selenium

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience in Ecommerce domain for 1-2 yrs.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in any field

Ichhapurti.com is a multi-vendor e-commerce marketplace start-up. We have an e-commerce software portal which aims to connect the rural population from villages in TIER-2 and TIER-3 towns with its online marketplace. We also offer our customers ability to shop from a network of Business Partners across different towns. We are currently in the process of integrating the software portal with ERP implementation and also plan to extend the functionality offered by the portal. This exercise will involve development and testing and we are seeking a talented individual to help us achieve our goals.
