UI Devops Platform Developer

In this role you will need to:

• Support platform development infrastructure and test automation framework
\n
• Build and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
\n
• Preflight code and perform release activities
\n
• Create and maintain Dev/QA/Demo environments
\n
• Implement web components and applications for Oracles SaaS
\n
• Architect efficient and reusable systems that drive complex web applications
\n
• Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers, Architects, and Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products   
\n
• Analyze and provide technical solutions to complex problems
\n
• Take the lead and drive key initiatives
\n
• Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues.
\n

The ideal candidate will have the following:

\n
• Minimum 10 years of experience
\n
• Experience building CI/CD workflows
\n
• Experience setting up and managing build automation framework
\n
• Experience working with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
\n
• Experience with modern web development and serving technologies
\n
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
\n
• Experience with javascript bundlers such as webpack
\n
• Experience with microservice architecture, REST APIs and related server-side technologies (e.g. Swagger, OpenAPI, Node.js)
\n
• Experience with tools such as NGINX, Docker, Kubernetes, etc
\n
• Experience with library development, monorepo
\n
• Deep understanding of web protocols and technologies such as HTTP, JSON and XML
\n
• Experience with GIT SCM
\n
• Experience with Scrum and Agile methodology
\n
• Focus on details when necessary
\n
• Strong understanding of web page performance
\n
• Knowledge of web development best practices
\n
• Understanding of REST APIs: consumption and development
\n
• Eager to learn new stuff/technologies all the time
\n
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
\n
• Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task
\n
• Good verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar technical field of study
