Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for service administration and account maintenance 2 Manage customer Office365 environment at L3 level 3 Address service availability issues within the customers organizational span of control 4 Manage services using supplier and the client implemented ITIL processes and practices Operate and provide the day-to-day support 5 Project participation in global/local projects as required 6 Interact with Microsoft Vendor for critical and escalation issues for permanent resolutions n
Technical Experience : 1 Should have 4 to 6 years in managing large Exchange Online and Azure Active Directory environment 2 Must needed Tools: Office 365 and Azure AD 3 Work with third-party vendors / professional services and in-house developers as necessary 4 Well versed with security aspects and maintain system security as per industry standards 5 End to end incident, problem management with RCA

Educational Qualification : 1 Bachelors degree is required
