• Acts as a single point of the contact for employees of support functions and to co-ordinate with the respective HOD across location to drive employee engagement and retention. • Builds a strong business relationship within the support functions. • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks • Actsastheperformanceimprovementdriverandprovokespositivechangesinthepeoplemanagement • To promote appreciative culture within the business unit • Work closely with the business unit to promote and execute rewards and recognition • To ensure that all the new joiners have gone through the Orientation and welcome mailers have been sent out for especially for joiners in Band 4 and above. • To address employee Grievances, analyze repeated grievances and suggest corrective measures. Also to counsel employees whenever necessary • To initiate and co-ordinate employee participation and engagement initiatives • To initiate Motivational and welfare activities • Responsible to monitor all PIPs are issued in the right sprit. Work closely with the respective leads to increase positive closures • To monitor timely completion of annual appraisal process and monthly confirmation appraisal • Responsible for monitoring completion of Exit Interviews, Clearance formalities, issuing relieving letters • To monitor the smooth and timely completion of THS • Administration of AMBER program effectively. Amber the Smart AI assistant, AI BOT • Identify possible reasons for decrease in THS score and collaborate with the respective lead/manager for improvement • ToworkcloselywithDPtounderstandandidentifybusinessrequirementsforprocessimprovements • To ensure employee retention meetings are conducted within 7 working days from the date of resignation and feedback shared with the respective managers. • To have a control on Weekly, Monthly MIS and other relevant data pertaining to their business unit • To discuss with HRBP (Strategic) and DP for HN Bench cases • To handle any other tasks that are assigned on need basis • HR OPS ( PIP, Disciplinary Grievance Handling, FLA & Long leave, Completion of exit & clearance for resignees, Fusion HCM- completion of tasks, assistance to emp on HCM modules ) • Driving ESAT and CSAT scores for support functions • Driving Employee Engagement ( Skip meetings- HR Skip, Manager Skip, Skip with HOD, Fun @ work in coordination with FBI
