2) Everyday conducting gate meeting with the store team about the store projection

3) Cash & stock accounting everyday

\n

4) Maintaining VBS's(Sales promoters) in & out timings & grooming

\n

5) Follow up for affordability payments

\n

6) Dividing store targets with each VBA & following up for the achievements

\n

7) Clearing EOL & focus models

\n

8) Everyday reports to be submitted to HO & Finance team

\n

9) Need to check store guidelines & allocations

\n

10) Every month taking the clearance certificate from the concerns

\n\n
