A customer professional with Transportation knowledge to address employees transportation concerns

\n\n

 

\n\n

RESPONSABILITIES

\n\n

• Sound communication skill both written and verbal
• Need to know Local / city Topography
• Knowledge on MS office
• To Manage drop to all the associates who logouts of the shifts or to handle calls made by the associates and addressing their queries
• Need to coordinate with the vendors and associates and provide timely drop
• Need to address queries raised by associates over phone

Qualifications:

\n\n

QUALIFICATION & SKILLSETS REQUIRED

\n\n

• Minimum Degree / Diploma
• Flexible to work in rotating shifts with 6 days working
• 70% of the work will be on the ground / Parking and only 30% of the work will be system oriented (In case of Drop Management Team)
• Good at handling calls and should be customer friendly and helpful in nature
• Should be good at call documentations
