Handling Sales training requirement for all allotted divisions.
- Close coordination with Stakeholders
- Planning, budgeting and calendarizing training interventions
- Execution of training interventions like ignite, TRP, LMS
- Planning and Execution of training activities

Skills and Abilities

- Strong communication skills, orally and in writing
- Must have worked in Pharma Sales upto first line manage level
- Establish priorities with clear goals and responsibilities to achieve a high level of performance.
