•Job Responsibilities:

Revision of credit limit

Customer block / unblock in SAP
\n
\n
Verification and clearance of customer credit check requests
\n
\n
Preparation of various analysis reports as and when required
\n
\n
Verification of pending cheque entries of Local & outstation stockists
\n
\n
Verification of unmatched credit lying in stockist account
\n
\n
Keeping records of institutions/ Hospitals rate contracts
\n
\n
Scrutiny of debtors account and get it audited on quarterly basis
\n
\n
Preparation of age wise outstanding report
\n
\n
Provisions for Bad and doubtful debts and Bad debts written off.
\n
\n
Preparation of Finance MPRM presentation slides
\n
\n
Verification & clearance of pending accounting entries of sales
\n
\n
Overdue outstanding follow ups with divisions
\n
\n
To raise interest debit notes for delayed collections from customers
\n
\n
Authorisation of institution order rates as per authorisation matrix
\n
\n
Coordination for audit with RSM auditor towards institutions supply made from Vistaar project , CFA stockist model and supply made from institutions etc.
\n
\n
Tracking the institution sales
\n
