- Any Graduate with good analytical and sales skills to be considered \n
- Knowledge of local language and area with good communication skills local hire \n
- Preferred experience of 1-2 years in banking, sales or collection. \n
- Responsible for achieving business targets for open market liabilities (across all products) \n
- Ensure 100% conversion of existing borrowers for liabilities \n
- Guide the field staff for pitching liabilities products to existing customers \n
- Meet the set targets on liabilities in terms of open market acquisition & existing customer conversion \n
- Understand need and acquire customers who meet the criteria for liability products through either of the below channels: \n
- Leads generated by branch staff and personal leads \n
- Referrals generated from existing customers \n
- Alternate channels \n
