Experience: 3 - 15yrs

\n

Location: Pune

\n

Knowledge on design and development & validation of Restraints, Airbags(Seating, steering & IP ) and Belt anchorages

\n

Able to interact with customers and manufacturing suppliers to fulfil all the testing and Validation requirements on the project.

\n

knowledge and hands on experience of regulatory standards for restraints systems FMVSS and ECE.

\n

Planning and Co-ordinating testing activities for all restraints

\n

knowledge on manufacturing processes of restraints components and Part management.

\n

Preparing validation documents for restraints and support for homologation activity

\n

Hands-on experience in UGNX/Catia CAD software - part design, surfacing, assembly, drafting.

\n

knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMEA, DVP, 3D annotations, GD & T, tolerance stack-up, change management is preferred

\n

experience of working in CFT environment is mandatory.

\n

Proactive and self motivated, must be able to drive the project and meeting the project timelines.

\n

Should be very good in English communication (written and oral)

\n
