Role & Responsibilities :

\n\n

To maintain proper control during receipt and issue of materials.
To inform to QC department for the sampling of all raw materials, packing materials.
To perform the calibrations of the weighing scales located in the Stores.
To maintain inventory control of all materials.
Maintain the S.D.S for all the receiving materials.
Verify that the materials are received from the approved vendors.
Verify that the certificate of analysis is available with the consignment.
Verify that the cleaning certificates from the supplier are available for the non-dedicated road tankers, which are used for supplying liquid raw materials/solvents.
To take all the precautions to prevent cross-contamination during handling of all the materials.
Maintain good housekeeping in the Stores.
Performs the responsibilities of Asst manager -Stores in his absence.
To perform the activities as per the instructions from Stores in-charge.
To perform the calibration of weighing balances.
To ensure the cleaning of dispensing devices immediately after usage.
To ensure control during receipt and issue of materials
To maintain inventory.
To carryout verification of stocks, warehouse housekeeping, updating of records.
To ensure adequate housekeeping in the storage areas.
Good at MS Excel and MS Office
