1. Managing Team by assisting BUPA ServiceNow platform manager
\n
2. Handling approvals and escalations whenever delegated by BUPA manager.
\n
3. In depth knowledge in ServiceNow HRSD module
\n
4. Experience in rest API integrations, flow designer, workflows, knowledge management module.
\n
5. Knowledge in ITSM module
\n
6. Capable of handling upgrade/clone activities.
\n
7. Stakeholder Management
\n
