- Managing Team by assisting BUPA ServiceNow platform manager \n
- Handling approvals and escalations whenever delegated by BUPA manager. \n
- In depth knowledge in ServiceNow HRSD module \n
- Experience in rest API integrations, flow designer, workflows, knowledge management module. \n
- Knowledge in ITSM module \n
- Capable of handling upgrade/clone activities. \n
- Stakeholder Management \n
