1. Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends, make recommendations, and report key findings to management.

2. Audit and Compliance: Lead and participate in audit projects, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors and handle complex audit tasks.

3. Tax Preparation and Planning: Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns for GST, TDS, VAT, and Excise. Provide tax planning advice to clients, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

4. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets. Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis and prepare periodic MIS reports

5. Internal Controls: Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.

6. Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff. Provide training and support for professional development.

7. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide high-level financial advice and consultation.
