Job Title: Quality Engineer

\n

 

\n

Reporting: Project Leader

\n

 

\n

Job Purpose:

\n

\n
• To work as directed by the reporting Manager to execute the projects operations needs as per the defined process.
\n
• To support New Project Technical Mapping, Tech. Candidate interviews and new project implementation.
\n
• To support as a contingency engineer for the QA project in case of any requirement.
\n

\n

 

\n

Main Responsibilities:

\n

1. To work, as directed by the reporting Manager to execute pre & post-activities of Engineering projects.

\n

2. To support the preparation of standards, procedures and reports related to Project Operations as per Catalydd management and Customer-specific requirements.

\n

3. Conduct technical training & assessments for the project team as per the induction training plan agreed (OJT, Periodic evaluation and Skill Matrix updating) upon between Catalydd & Customer.

\n

4. To provide technical support for customer complaints and concerns (Rejection analysis and Action plan execution).

\n

5. Provide technical support and active participation in the selection of the project team as per Customer specific requirements.

\n

6. To coordinate with the PL/ TL/Supervisors on the QMS implementation in all engineering projects.

\n

7. To work as a common Buffer engineer for the QA projects, if any engineer goes on leave/absent needs to support immediately as a contingency.

\n

Other Specific Duties:

\n

1. Attending internal and external meetings with effective participation.

\n

2. Flexible for travel around the state as per travel plan

\n

3. To work flexibly, including some evening work, as required, to meet the needs of the role.

\n

4. To adhere to Catalydd s policy and procedures

\n

 

\n

Exp: Avg. 4~6 years in Quality Function (Auto) and Qualification: (Dip/BE)

\n

 

\n

1) Willing to work in Service Industry

\n

2) Candidates from Third Party Inspection Services then preferred.

\n

3) Willingness to travel as and when required to Client Plan in Pune
