• Single Use Bioreactor, Co2 shaker incubator operation
• Mammalian Cell Culture
• Chromatography Column packing, Nano filtration, sterile filtration
• BMR, SOP, Process Validation, Cleaning Validation and QMS elements

\n\n

For R&D

\n\n

• Media preparations, buffer preparations and sterile filtration of various bulks.
• Pre-seed preparation and pooling, scraping and slanting preparations aseptically.
• Fermentation, optimization and scale-up of various vaccine candidates human for antigen production
• Handling of chromatography systems
• Laminar Air Flow Unit and Bio Safety Cabinet operations
