The Practice- A Brief Sketch
As a Talent & Organization (T&O) professional in the Capability Network, you ll help clients across a variety of industries in the areas of Learning Design and Development, Change Management and HR Transformation. You ll use your expertise to develop exciting new learning strategies and solutions. You ll help clients manage organizational change and smooth the transition process. Essentially, you ll be part of the team that is creating the workforce of the future!

YOUR ROLE
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an Organizational Analytics (OA) Analyst in our Talent & Organization (T&O) practice, a typical day might include:

Build data-driven survey-based solutions including frameworks, questionnaires, and action plans
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to develop business solutions
Adopt a data-driven approach to Transformation and Workforce solutions for Global and Local clients
Engage with clients to understand their challenges, requirements and concerns to determine the best OA solution
Define data-backed people strategies to support business transformational programs
Co-create solutions and assist clients in developing action plans
Build strong relationships with clients and foster business growth
Contribute to T&O practice-building efforts

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS
1 to 3 years of experience in business data analysis and people management-related programs (workforce transformation, workforce and talent strategy, change strategy, stakeholder assessment, change impact analysis, organization design, and business readiness)
Analytical mindset with experience in building frameworks, survey design, and insight generation
Data fluency and working knowledge of statistical methodologies
Data interpretation with working knowledge of analytic models and digital tools
Fluency in English is required, additional language capabilities are highly advantageous
Ability to perform in a non-structured and dynamic environment
